  Are we starting to treat DF people differently?

  some may remember the time when the private study edition of the wt wasn't to be made available to outsiders, and the df'd.. now, with the recent boe letter, sept 1, 2014, it specifically states that jw.org is making the km available even for df'd individuals.. do you sense a new trend developing?.

  i can see it lightening up a little towards family members, only to appease the public a bit- the word is getting out how bad the shunning problem is and the negative media attention is starting to make em sweat a little. if it does happen, we have people like "john cedars" and many other brave souls to thank for making it more public what the WT has done here

  Do you like the people in the Bible?

  the society always speaks about all the wonderful people and characters in the bible.. they always too speak of many of them as being so humble, faithful, loyal, diligent, loving, kind, wise, merciful etc, and worthy of imitation.

  also of how god blessed them followed by endless examples and reasons why we today should imitate them.. .

  they also speak of how wonderful it would be to meet some of these people in the future 'new system' and have often depicted scenes where the the survivors of armageddon would be gathered around some ancient resurrected faithful asking them questions and listening to their stories of times past.

  hi, i am also a practicing jehovah's witness and very proud of it,to say the very-very least..!

  i am a middle-aged man with many decades of being a witness of jehovah god in england.. this important letter is personally to you, just as many of the bible's 88 letters are to be taken personal by you the reader.

  Ripple Effect

  on tuesday i was dragged out on service with my mom since shes a permanent pioneer, and once we arrived at the hall i realized there were no brothers, but an abundance of sisters.

  i conducted the service meeting with ease, since my dad gave me a formation on how to do it.. then on thursday at my meeting nearly half of the congregation surrounded me and gave me hugs and kisses.

  i know about love bombing, its happened to me before, but this was the most insane amount of it ever since i had a demonstration at the district convention.

  kneehighmiah, youre absolutely correct. i was told "oh we shouldve seen it coming, because you used to make strange comments about things, but we just ignored it. really it was a cry for help"

  ya, they actually said that haha

  then they plunged the knife into my back and into my heart....oh well theyre knockin on doors and im sleeping in :)
